Fit Dad Nation

Jun 11, 2019

Our society is lazy, entitled, and wants instant gratification. Those are facts.

And when it comes to health and fitness, millions of people are willing to plunk down their hard earned money to try a fancy diet, program, or supplement if they think it will make their results come faster.

Billions of dollars are spent each year in the health and fitness space and much of it is on gimmicks and fads. New and shiny sells, which is why we see new diet books pop on the shelves each week. If it's unique and promises great results, people will buy it.

The problem I have as a fitness coach is that it doesn't work like that. Every single day I see coaches promoting some idiotic thing they say will help them lose fat faster or get ripped quickly. It's 99% garbage.

The only way to get lean, muscular, and fit (without steroids) is to follow the basics of good health, put in the work, show up every day, and be ruthlessly consistent with it.

Everything else is hype. And I know for a fact that I could be making 3-4x what I make now by promoting my products and services in a way that promotes lightning fast results or doing little or no work.

But that's not right. It's not that easy. It's remarkably simple to get fit, it really is but it's not easy.

It takes work. It takes patience. It takes dedication. And there is nothing on the shelves at GNC that will make it come any faster.

So please, please, please, stop trying to buy your way into fitness. You can't.

In my programs I teach the basics. I teach personal responsibility. I teach accountability. And I teach hard work and consistency. If you want to be part of a tribe that cuts through the bullsh*t, the Fit Dad Nation Inner Circle is the place for you. Learn more at fdnic.com
