Today I speak with Dr. Marc Cesari, who is a doctor of chiropractic, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a provider of Active Release Techniques (ART), and holds certifications in Graston, dry needling, and Fascial Stretch Therapy. He is also the official chiropractor for Towson University Athletics as well as a chiropractor for the PGA tour.

Moving better, especially as we get into our thirties and forties, becomes incredibly important and Dr. Cesari shares some of the techniques he uses to help men like you and I become more flexible, mobile, and to just feel better.
